Many clients don't like working with designers. Rightly so.
The design process is often shrouded in secrecy and mystique, clients often don't see where the time goes and then get charged a big bill at the end.
"Three thousand pounds!? But its just a logo!"
"Five hundred pounds for printing it? But I only want a hundred!"
Often these exclamations are made whilst looking at an annual budget, departmental allowance or financial forecast report. While looking at that, yes, £3000 pounds for a logo does seem like a lot. But if the logo lasts you for 10 years, that's £300 per year. Or £25 per month.
