That's not a typo. I was at a recent networking event and asked a director of a small financial company what his USP was.
"We offer a more personal level of service than the big companies."
What else?
"We offer our services at a better cost than our main rivals."
OK, that's great, but what's your USP? Every company out there says they offer a more personal level of service, at a better cost and faster, quicker, stronger, better than anyone else.
Unique
Selling
Point
So what's your unique unique selling point? What do you do that no-one, absolutely no-one does?
Do you have one?
If you don't, I suggest you get creative, either internally or by bringing a fresh mind to the table.
